Description

Wet Plate Collodion negatives, was introduced in 1851. This workshop is for photographers who are interested in making collodion negatives for studio portraits, landscape photography or still life. In this process the plate has to be processed immediately after exposure and should be wet for the entire process. In this workshop participants will be subbing the plate, coating emulsion, exposing, developing, and gaining the correct silver density for printing. Participants will also make salt print from the wet plate negative made during the workshop.

Audience
Limited to 5 participants. This workshop is suitable for students, photo-enthusiast, photographers any anyone how are interested in history of photographic process. No experience needed.

Cancellation policy
If the cancellation from the workshop is done 15 days before the workshop begins will result in deduction of ₹2,500. however if the cancellation is fewer than 15 days before the workshop begins no refunds will be given to participants.

Lodging
The cost of the workshop does not include the cost of lodging. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements.
